Nail condition
Please arrive with clean, natural nails. Please let us know in advance if you have existing nail extensions.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Arrival time
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure full service. Late arrivals may result in reduced service.
Mobile phones
We ask that you limit your cell phone use during your visit.
Appointments
We recommend making an appointment in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.
Medical and allergy conditions
Please inform your technician of any allergies or medical conditions to ensure a safe experience.
Prices
Prices may vary depending on the length, shape, and decorations of the nails, as well as if there is old gel polish or other polish on the nails.
Warranty
Soma Beauty Clinic offers a one-week warranty on nail extensions. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are willing to repair for free. The warranty covers nail detachment.
Nail breakage or discoloration is not included in the warranty and is not our responsibility.
